Reaching out is a powerful first step toward finding clarity, healing, and a healthier mindset.

How it works

Whenever you feel ready to take that first step, you’re welcome to reach out to me by text or email with a brief description of what you’re looking for. From the very first message, everything you share will remain strictly confidential—whether or not we decide to work together.

From there, we can arrange our first meeting. I’ll send you a short form to gather some basic information, and you can also share a phone number where I can reach you. When you return the form, I’ll give you a call so we can begin our first video session.

During this session, I’ll ask some questions about your background, life experiences, and current concerns. This helps me understand your unique situation so I can offer the best possible support.

Payment for the session can be made afterwards via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo—whichever is most convenient for you. Sessions are $45/ 50min.
